Your documents and your account.

DocStop is a NodeRunner application built on NodeVertex document polygons. This notice describes the current service.

What the service processes

DocStop processes your account identity, organization membership, uploaded files, filenames, folder structure, and document operations needed to provide the library. Sign-in cookies maintain your session. Necessary operational logs may include request times, response status, and network addresses.

Where access comes from

NodeRunner accounts and application memberships determine access. Microsoft sign-in verifies your organization identity and links it to an enabled NodeRunner account; it does not grant DocStop access to your email inbox or other Microsoft files.

Private document delivery

Document access requires sign-in and enabled organization membership. DocStop does not intentionally publish your library or offer public file-sharing links in this release. Authorized organization members can download files.

Storage and removal

Documents are stored in the managed NodeVertex infrastructure. Removing a file from DocStop removes its active library entry; it does not promise immediate removal from backups, audit records, or retained history. Your organization determines its retention obligations.

Your choices

Download files you need to keep. Contact your organization administrator to change access or request account and document handling changes. Your organization administrator can help with service and access questions.

Public website

The public website does not require an account. It loads fonts from Google Fonts. Cloudflare provides web delivery and protection. The example library contains illustrative files, not customer documents.
