DOCSTOP SERVICE TERMS

A shared understanding.

DocStop provides a document library for organizations using NodeRunner accounts. Your organization's service agreement, if any, governs your use of the service.

Authorized use

Upload only files you have the right to store and access. Do not upload malicious content, attempt to access another organization's library, or use the service in a way that disrupts other users.

Your organization's controls

Your organization manages account access and decides which documents belong in the library. You are responsible for selecting files suitable for your organization's security, privacy, and retention requirements.

Document handling

Files can be organized, downloaded, and removed by authorized members. Keep independent copies when your work or retention requirements call for them. Removal from the active library does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups or history.

Availability and scope

The current release supports private organization libraries, files up to 25 MB each, folders, and ZIP downloads. Preview support varies by format. No particular compliance certification, retention period, recovery objective, or availability commitment is asserted by this page.
